Start here: is your frame light or dark?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This is the decision that matters most, so it’s worth thirty seconds of thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our printed stickers are produced in full four-colour process on transparent film \u2014 every colour in your flag reproduces properly. But there’s a catch almost nobody explains: white is not a printing colour.<\/strong> Wherever a design should be white, nothing is printed at all, and the clear film simply shows whatever is behind it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On a white or silver frame, that’s perfect. Your own paint does the job of the white and the design reads clean and sharp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On a black, dark grey, matte or raw carbon frame, there’s nothing bright behind the colour. A Japanese flag becomes a black square with a red dot in the middle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
