When we refer to “Pegatin”, we mean Pegatin, the online provider of bicycle and sporting accessories owned by Five Fingers Company Ltd, of Exeter, UK, which is the entity that acts as the controller of your information.

Pegatin may collect and receive Customer Information and Other Information (collectively “Personal Data”) in a variety of ways:
Customer information: Your name and your delivery address.
Services Metadata. When an Authorized User interacts with the Services, metadata is generated that provides additional context about the way Authorized Users work.

Pegatin will solely share and disclose Customer Data in accordance with a Customer’s instructions, and in compliance with applicable law and legal process.
Customer Access. We provide a link to an online web address where customers can modify their delivery address. To modify the name they recorded, which will appear on their decals, Customer can get in contact with us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Third Party Service Providers and Partners. We may engage third party companies or individuals as service providers or business partners to process Other Information and support our business. These third parties may, for example, provide virtual computing and storage services.
During a Change to Pegatin’s Business. Pegatin takes security of data very seriously. Pegatin works hard to protect Information you provide from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. These steps take into account the sensitivity of the Information we collect, process and store, and the current state of technology.

Pegatin may also process Other Information that constitutes your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes and you have a right to object to Pegatin’s use of your Personal Data for this purpose at any time.
