Sportful Dolomiti Race 2027: Entry and Bike Preparation

Sportful Dolomiti Race 2027: Pearl-blue road bicycle with Luca BIANCHI and an Italian flag in a Dolomite mountain landscape

Sportful Dolomiti Race 2027 returns to Feltre on 20 June. Registration opened on 1 October 2026, so this is a useful moment to plan an Alpine cycling trip rather than leave the bike preparation until race week. Choose the appropriate format, check the current organiser documents and prepare equipment you have already tested on long climbs.

Your name. Your flag. Your cycling challenge.

Give your bike a personal finishing touch with your name and flag. Choose contrasting lettering and check your design in the preview before ordering.

Sportful Dolomiti Race 2027: choose your challenge

The official entry page lists a 204 km distance and 4,900 metres of climbing for the GF/MF entry. Do not assume that this single registration summary describes every route option. Check the organiser's final route description and current GPX for your chosen format before setting your training targets.

Long climbs are only part of a mountain day. Practise controlled descents, refuelling and riding after several hours in the saddle. Use a route suited to your experience and fitness rather than choosing solely because your friends have entered it.

Entry and documents before the trip

Use the official registration link to check the available categories, documents and conditions. A submitted form is not a substitute for a confirmed entry. Keep your confirmation accessible and check the organiser's instructions again when the final rider information becomes available.

Plan accommodation, bicycle transport and arrival with time to spare. If you are travelling with a club, agree a meeting point and avoid building your entire schedule around an unconfirmed start-grid allocation.

Prepare the bike for a mountain day

Check brake condition, tyre wear and the gears you actually use on long climbs. Rehearse eating and drinking during training, and carry repair equipment compatible with your wheels. A short shakedown ride after transport helps identify something that moved in a bike bag.

Choose clothing and removable layers you have tested. Weather and temperature can vary along a mountain route; check the forecast close to departure and follow the organiser's equipment instructions. A new saddle or unfamiliar tyre setup is best tested well before the event.

A personal finishing touch for your Feltre trip

Several similar bicycles may share a hotel storage area or club meeting point. A small name and flag decal on the top tube adds a distinctive personal detail. Check spelling, flag and contrast in the preview, then apply it to a suitable clean surface following the application instructions.

Personalisation does not replace race numbers, timing chips or required rider documents. Leave those identifiers unobstructed and keep the decal away from moving parts and cable openings. Order early enough to include production, delivery and a calm application day before travel.

Order ahead of your trip, allowing time for production and shipping. Check the delivery information for your destination when ordering; do not leave personalisation until the final packing day.
