BGY Airport Granfondo 2027 is scheduled for 9 May in Bergamo. The organiser presents three routes: 91, 130 and 148 kilometres. For a cycling weekend in northern Italy, start with the route that fits your climbing experience, then arrange entry, accommodation and a bicycle setup you have tested before travel.
Your name. Your flag. Your cycling challenge.
Give your bike a personal finishing touch with your name and flag. Choose contrasting lettering and check your design in the preview before ordering.

BGY Airport Granfondo 2027: compare three routes
The current official event page lists 91 km with 1,400 metres of climbing, 130 km with 2,100 metres, and 148 km with 2,800 metres. Distance alone does not describe the effort: climbing experience, expected pace and time on the bike also affect your choice.
Use the organiser's final route files and rider information before travelling. Choose the shorter option if that makes the day more realistic for you. Training on similar hills is more useful than entering the longest route simply because it is available.
Confirm entry and participant information
Consult the current entry page for registration status, categories and the required documents. Some general information pages retain references to earlier editions, so confirm that deadlines and instructions specifically apply to 2027 before relying on them.
Keep your entry confirmation and check the final collection and start arrangements. If you travel with friends, agree how you will reach the start and where you will meet afterwards. Avoid depending on a timetable copied from an older race guide.
Prepare the bike for the Bergamo hills
Test the gears you plan to use on climbs and check brakes, tyre wear and drivetrain condition. Practise refuelling during longer rides and carry repairs compatible with your tyres. Familiar clothing and a comfortable riding position are worth more than a last-minute untested upgrade.
Allow a shakedown ride after transporting or rebuilding the bike. Confirm baggage arrangements and bicycle storage separately from the event entry. Check the local forecast near departure and follow the organiser's current equipment instructions.
Add your name and flag before the trip
A discreet name and flag decal gives a bicycle a personal finish, especially when several similar bikes travel with the same club. Check the spelling, flag and contrast in the preview. Apply it on a suitable clean surface according to the application instructions.
Leave official race identification, timing equipment, cable openings and moving parts unobstructed. Personalisation is not a replacement for those items. Order ahead of the weekend and include production and destination shipping time in your preparation schedule.
Order ahead of your trip, allowing time for production and shipping. Check the delivery information for your destination when ordering; do not leave personalisation until the final packing day.
